What does the price include?
The price includes the cremation itself (which varies based on the weight of your pet), a complimentary urn, and a paw print and fur clipping if desired. For an additional, charge we will pick up your pet.
How will I know they are my pet's ashes?
We cremate all pets individually to ensure that the remains you receive are your pet's.
What restrictions do you have for the types of pets you accept?
We accept all pets under 300 pounds.
What are your operating hours?
Our facility is open 7 days a week 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but we are available 24/7.
What if my pet dies after hours?
Give us a call with our 24 hour phone support (865)-661-7681 and we will send someone out to pick up your pet or make arrangements for you to drop them off at our facility the next day at your convenience.
